1. General Introduction and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the nbazee platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By visiting the nbazee.cam website, creating an account or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh. The platform operates for entertainment purposes only and the user bears full responsibility for complying with all applicable laws in their own region.

1.1 Age Requirement

This platform is for people aged 21 and above only. No person under 21 may create an account or play any game on nbazee. If information provided at registration is found to be false and the user is under 21, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

2. Account Registration and Management

To become a member of nbazee, you must create an account by providing accurate and truthful information. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed.

2.2 Account Security

2.3 Reasons for Account Suspension or Closure

• Providing false information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Misusing any service on the platform

3. Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

nbazee members can deposit and withdraw funds via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

3.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method)
• Deposited funds are only accepted from your own registered payment account
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited

3.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a welcome bonus or any other promotional bonus, the total amount of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 20 times (20x wagering). For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling 20 times ৳3,000, which is ৳60,000. If you attempt to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus may be cancelled.

4. Bonus and Promotion Policy

New members at nbazee can enjoy a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. Bonus offers may change from time to time and each offer has its own specific terms.

• Maximum bonus: ৳5,000

• Bonus must be claimed within 72 hours of the first deposit
• Bonus is given only once and does not apply to multiple accounts

4.2 Consequences of Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, providing false information, or claiming bonuses through any other fraudulent means is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all earnings will be forfeited.

5. VIP Program and Cashback Policy

The nbazee VIP program has four tiers. Tiers are determined based on a member's activity and loyalty, with the opportunity to move up.

5.1 VIP Tiers and Benefits

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 0.9%
• Platinum: weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

5.2 VIP Cashback Terms

Cashback is paid at a set time each week. To withdraw the cashback amount, the applicable wagering requirements must be met. nbazee's decision is final regarding any change in VIP tier. If a member remains inactive for an extended period, their VIP tier may be reviewed.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the nbazee platform:

• Using the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Using bots, automation or any other unauthorized software
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform for gain
• Harassing or defrauding other members
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Claiming bonuses in the names of multiple people from the same family or household

If any member engages in any of the prohibited activities above, nbazee reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
